Abstract

The concept of halal food integration requires the logistics as a key role in protecting of halal status products. Halal process integration using various activities in the supply chain such as transportation, storage and proper handling of goods in accordance with Islamic law in the supply chain from point of origin to point of destination. The high ability of tracing products is one way to ensure that the integration of quality from halal food, therefore the usage of tracking system will need latest technology such as IoT, RFID, Barcode, and Cloud to trace chicken meat from starting point (breeders) to ending points (consumers). This research focuses on tracking systems at slaughtering house using the SCOR model to determine activity at slaughtering house and provide the recommendations for Halal Traceability System (HTS) model to maintain integration Halal quality of the chicken meat.
